Margaret Coron

June 7, 1921 To August 31, 2008

Mrs. Margaret Edith Coron passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the Arbor Hospice Residence in Ann Arbor.

She was born June 7, 1921 in Manchester, GA a daughter of John Sylvanas and Ellen Margaret ( Coffey ) Moody.

On June 4, 1942 she was married to Raymond Paul Coron in LaGrange, GA moving to Belleville from Flint in 1962.

Mr. Coron preceded her in death on July 11, 2004.

Mrs. Coron was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Belleville and the Women of the Moose Lodge, #1135, Belleville.

She was an avid euchre player and enjoyed shooting pool. She will also be remembered for her great cooking.

Mrs. Coron is survived by her 4 loving children, R. Roger ( Toni ) Coron of Burton, Ronald Coron of Belleville, Sylvia Shippy of Belleville and Sandy ( Chris ) Marsh of Milan.

Fond grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Sister of Van Moody and Mildred Nottke.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2 from 5 – 8 p.m. and

Wed., Sept. 3 from 1 – 8 p.m.

There will be a Women of The Moose Lodge Service Wednesday

evening at the

Higgerson & Neal Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Belleville

( 734-697-9400 ).

Final prayers will begin on Thurs., Sept. 4 at 10:30 a.m.

at the funeral home proceeding to

St. Anthony Catholic Church, 409 W. Columbia, Belleville

for mass at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Belleville.

The family has suggested memorial contributions to Arbor Hospice in lieu of flowers.
