Mrs. Dorothy Jane Gilbert, 79, passed away on
March 5, 2011 at Bortz health Care in Ypsilanti.
She was born on May 23, 1931 in Laurium, MI
a daughter of Wilbert and Beatrice (Frazer) Yates.
She was married to James Gilbert in Ypsilanti, Mi.
Mr. Gilbert preceded her in death in 1996.
Dorothy enjoyed reading, her cat & dog
and collected Fenton Glass.
She is survived by her beloved sister, Marilyn Yates, of Belleville.
Preceded in death by her brother, Wilbert Thomas Yates, Jr.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
