Origin “Gene” A. Liberato

February 17, 1918 To December 28, 2010

Mr. Origin “Gene” Anthony Liberato passed away

Tuesday, December 28, 2010 in Clinton Twp., MI.

He was born February 17, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan

a son of Guiseppe and Carmella (DeLusio) Liberato.

On October 4, 1952 he was married to

Marion Alice Kudick in Detroit.

Mrs. Liberato preceded him in death on February 24, 2002.

Mr. Liberato was a long time resident of

Westland before moving to Chesterfield Township.

He was great at starting projects,

but not necessarily finishing said project.

Mr. Liberato was employed by the Ford Motor Company,

Wayne Assembly Plant from June of 1952 until April 1983.

Mr. Liberato was the loving father of

Douglas Liberato of California, J. Nick Liberato of California

and Carla (Keith) Liberato-Brown of Willis.

Fond brother of Helen Bologna.

He was preceded in death by 8 brothers and sisters.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011

at 12 Noon at the home of Carla and Keith Brown,

9819 Judd Rd., Willis, MI with

Pastor Andrew Gruenhagen of St. Michael Lutheran Church,

Wayne, MI officiating.

The family has suggested memorial contributions to the

Friends of Michigan Animal Rescue,
