Pauline Janet Lyons

Passed away Friday, June 19, 2009 in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

She was born January 8, 1929 in Detroit, Michigan a daughter of

Ernest William and Blanche M. ( D’Aigle ) Kohnert.

She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Prior to her retirement in 2001 she had been employed by

Core Properties as a processing appraiser.

Mrs. Lyons is survived by her 5 loving children;

Suzanne ( Rodney ) Whittaker of Willis, Michael Silver of Ohio,

Thomas Lyons of South Lyon, Karen ( Timothy ) Marsh of

Belleville & Kathy ( Frank ) Adams of Livonia.

Fond grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Elaine and Blanche.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from 1 – 8 P.M.

with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at the Higgerson & Neal Funeral Home, Belleville.

Final visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 9:30 A.M.

until the time of the funeral liturgy at 10:00 A.M. at

St. Anthony Catholic Church, 409 W. Columbia, Belleville.

Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family of

Pauline Lyons in lieu of flowers.
