Mr. Norman Dwayne VanDalen passed away

Sunday, December 12, 2010 at

Memorial Mercy Hospital, Monroe, Michigan.

He was born January 7, 1944 in London, Kentucky

a son of Donald Adrian and Sibyl Pauline ( Stewart ) VanDalen.

Mr. VanDalen spent the majority of his life living

in the Belleville area, having moved to Carlton in 2001.

Mr. VanDalen is survived by his

6 brothers and sisters; Carol ( Lewis ) Thick, Donald

( Debbie ) VanDalen, David VanDalen,

Kathy ( John ) Franklin, Pat McGee and Linda VanDalen.

Mr. VanDalen was the fond uncle of 15 nieces and

nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

He also leaves behind his special friends Steve,

Delphine and Annette Kos.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010

at 12 Noon at the Higgerson & Neal Funeral Home,

209 Main St., Belleville (734-697-9400).

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 17, 2010

from 6 – 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

The family has suggested memorial contributions

to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
